  • Does all mobile plant have working beacons and hazard chevrons fitted where there needed?

  • Are containers clearly labelled so that appropriate remedial action can be taken in the event of a spillage?

  • Step 2 Who might be harmed

  • Step 3 Control measures required to eliminate/reduce/control the risk

  • Step 4 Record your findings in step 3 and implement them

  • Step 5 Review your assessment and update if necessary.
