Are all heavy objects stored below eye level on shelves?

Are all chemical containers stored below eye level on shelves?

Is all combustible storage stored 18" below sprinkler head and at least 24" below ceiling?

Are "Wet Floor" signs available and used appropriately when floor is wet?

Are all sinks equipped with water supply hose and have floor sinks?

Are all lamps protected or covered?

Are chemical bottles properly labeled and mixed correctly?

Do chemical storage containers have spill containment under the containers when there are floor drains?

Are splash goggles available when mixing or dispensing chemicals?

Are appropriate gloves available for the employee?

Are all employees wearing slip-resistant safety shoes?

Are emergency exit signs all working and illuminated?

Are all corridors and stairways free of obstructions and debris?

Is the MSDS book prominently displayed, organized alphabetically and assembled for employees?

Is all shelving mounted securely to the wall to prevent the shelf from tipping over?

Is Universal Waste (lamps) placed in an appropriately labeled, closed container?
