Are all hanger assemblies secured from movement (screwed into place)

Are all pins in place and have locking clips installed

Is there safe access to the platform (internal step or ladder)

Stairs or ladders access points must be easily identified

Is the maximum gap between the working deck and structure no more than 225mm

The maximum span between standards(uprights) no greater than 3.6m?

Is the deck height below the roofline set for intended use and roof pitch (< 26 deg = 1000mm, > 26 deg = 300mm)

Is the maximum overhang of cantilevered planks, less than 1150mm<br>

Are all plank secured, are they sitting flush<br>

Are all step-ups less than 500m? if not has a stop end been installed to eliminate the fall hazard<br>

Has access to the roof work zone been provided (step-up or secured ladder access)

Have back braces been used, if so are the floor plates secured

Are all rail connections points secured<br>

Where rails overlap on straight runs are they a minimum of 500mm and have toggles locked in place<br>

Is the rail 900 - 1000 mm above the work/access zone<br>

Is there a self closing gate fitted to front of hang on platform (eg: tile elevator access)
