Asset tag in place?

Have you erected warning signage close to work area?

Have you manually test ventilation and siren overide?

Are all warning labels displayed on control panels?

Are all panel keys in place?

Are all electrical drawings and manuals are tidy and on side?

Is the interlock functioning correctly?

Is all metal work and sub circuits earthed?

Are all trunking covers on and tidy?

Using infrared thermometer are terminal temperatures under 40°?

Is mains incoming voltage and ampage correct across all phases?

Is the control voltage 24vdc?

Is the pack controller operational, staging compressors in/out and set points all fine?

Do all compressors run and overloads set 10% above full load amps?

Do all crankcase heaters work?

Do all housing fans work and are clean?

Are all inventors working to manufactures recommendations?

Are all compressor mounts and fixings are in place?

Have you tested oil using kit?

Have you tested for excessive pressure drop across coalescent oil separator and changed if needed?

Are all oil management systems working with oil level in them?

Is there the correct level of gas in the receiver?

Do the transducers work and read correct?

Have you changed liquid line filter?

Are the PRV's in date and leak free?

Have you checked the bursting disc (if fitted)?

Are all safety switches fitted and working with no sign of damage?

are all pressure vessels clear of corrosion and damage?

Is the insulation around pressure vessels and heat exchanger free of damage?

Is all pipework free from rubbing and damage?

Have you leak tested all components & pipework?

Are all temp probes in correct place and secure?

Have you carried out a pressure differential test across suction core drier?

All components and pipework clear of signs of ice build up?

Pack housing is free from damage inside and out?

Do all fans operate and set correctly?

Have the gas coolers been brushed prior to jet washing?

Have you locked off gas cooler fan?

Have you washed gas cooler via access point or by removing the fan?

Have you washed out all dirt and washed off the under side of coil?

Have you refitted all fans using manufactures recommendations for fixings and removed lock off?

Are all fins clear from damage and corrosion?

Have you removed debris from under gas cooler?

Have you closed all electrical panel doors and made sure isolators engaged?

Have you left pack bed clean, tidy and pack door shut?

Have you checked pipework is free from damage or leaks, pipe brackets and pipe supports are in place?

Have you removed warning signage?

Are all cases running to set points and communicating?

Have you checked battery status on front panel and replaced if needed?

Have all defects found been raised as a P3?
