Asset tag in place?

Have you erected warning signage close to work area?

Is there warning label displayed on control panel door?

Is isolator interlock working?

Are mains isolator terminal shields in place?

Using infrared thermometer are termal temperatures under 40°?

Confirm panel wiring has no signs of over heat damage

Are all panel fans, housing fans working and clear of debris?

Are all overloads and trips operational ?

Do all compressors run?

Are all run currents on compressors satisfactory?

Are all overloads set 10% above full load amps?

Is the crankcase heater operational?

(LT only)Have you changed battery on Emerson vapour injection module?

Are all compressors secure?

Are all rota locks tight and corrosion free?

(LT Pack) Is the liquid Injection operational with compressor running?

Is the pressure drop between suction core inlet/outlet fine? If not has it been changed?

Have you carried out oil test and changed oil if required?

Is pressure between inlet/outlet of oil separator less than 20psi if not P3 raised to replace?

Is oil level in trax and separator fine? If not have you replaced temprite?

Are all safety switches working And set correctly?

Are all pressure transducers reading correctly?

Have you tripped backup controller in and does it run? Reset after tested

Have you replaced drier cores,dated and are leak tight?

Have you checked liquid receiver for damage and corrosion and repaired if needed?

Are all PRVs in date and tagged? (5 years)

Is there liquid in receiver?

Are all condenser fans operational and secure?

Have you cleaned condenser and daylight visible through it?

Have you leak tested all components and pipework?

Have you cleaned rack, shut all doors and made sure canopy locks are secure?

Have you removed all warning signs from area?

Are all cases communicating and running to set point ?

Is battery on front end panel fine and has been replaced if not?

Are all integral condenser clean and fans working?

Have you cleaned click and collect/dot com condensers?

Have all defects been raised as P3's ?
