  • Is the floor free of water leaks and drain line clear?

  • Is earth bonding in place and secure on drain line?

  • Is the underfloor heater working in frozen room?

  • Are PRVs clear of ice in frozen coldroom?

  • Have you locked off control panel?

  • Is the panel wiring free from damage and faults?

  • Are fans and side panels free from ice build up and fan blades clean?

  • Are all terminal boxs IP rated, undamaged and glands fitted?

  • Have you removed your lock off?

  • Are all defrost heaters and drain line heaters working?

  • Are all probes in the correct place?

  • Is the TEV superheat set correctly?

  • Have you refitted all end panels, guards and closed the control panel?

  • Is the cold room communicating with the front panel?

  • Have P3s been logged for any defects found?

  • Confirm all of the above is correct.
