This audit is for the monitoring of cake samples produced in the Category 1&2 plant. And the recording of trailer samples to ensure that reactive measures are taken in the event that the end product does not fall within company tolerances. The QR code is situated in the water treatment plant near the NIR machine and must be scanned every time a sample is tested.

Four samples should be taken for each trailer of Cat 1&2 cake. One from each pile on the trailer. The trailer may not be removed from the tunnel until results of the samples are known.

Once the samples have been ground, take to the WTP Laboratory, and measure each one separately using the NIR machine.

Once the sample has been measured by the NIR and the results displayed on screen. Take a photo of the results for:
