  • Is your togo station set up for success? Bags, napkins, salsa cups, cutlery, foil, limes/lemons, honey/cajeta? (Take a photo of your set up.)

Ensure Togo Cashier is in position and staying productive.

  • When a guest walks in did the cashier greet within 15 seconds?

  • Did they share a warm and friendly greeting to the guest?

  • Advise the guest of any specials or promo's?

  • Upsell or offer upgrades to items on the order (i.e cheese, avocado, bacon, etc.)

  • Must answer the phone within two rings.

  • Denote how many rings:

  • Did they share the standard phone greeting (company, location, cashier's name)?

Ensure the Togo Cashier knows the standard for the response time to the tablets (15 seconds)

  • Mark the response time when a tablet is going off for an order (sec/min)

  • Is the togo cashier aware of lifecycle times? What is the current ticket time?

Ensure Cashier is focused on Accuracy and Service.

  • Ask the guest corn, flour, or no tortillas?

  • Ask the guest the proper questions with the proper food for clarity and accuracy?

  • Sweet or unsweet tea?

  • Red, green, or no salsa?

  • Cutlery?

  • Did the cashier clearly repeat the customer's order?

  • Advise the guest total amount due?

  • Did the cashier obtain guests name? If it's a common name; did they get a last initial?

  • Advise the guest estimated wait time?
