  • 4.3 - Is the seal on the first aid kit intact?

5.0 - Fire Extinguishers

  • 5.1 - Have the fire extinguishers been inspected in the last year?

  • 5.2 - Are the extinguishers located in the place identified on the emergency cards?

  • 5.3 - Is the pressure in the green?

6.0 - Emergency Information

  • 6.1 - Are the emergency cards/placards on board the aircraft?

  • 6.2 - Is all emergency equipment in the location identified on the card/placard?

7.0 - Entry Ladder

  • 7.1 - Are all ladders in good condition?

8.0 - Aircraft

  • 8.1 - Are all required documents onboard aircraft?

  • 8.2 - Is there a carbon monoxide detector?

  • 8.2.1 - Is the detector still valid?

  • 8.3 - Is there adequate cargo tie down equipment on board?

  • 8.4 - Is their any obvious defects, leaks, corrosion, cleanliness, etc..?
