Ashtrays to be emptied into a metal container used for this purpose and to be thoroughly wiped on emptying. Lined bins to be emptied and have liners replaced as necessary. Accumulations of soilage at edges or on interior side to be completely removed. All bins to be thoroughly wiped when necessary.
