Cleaning Checklist

Begin by selecting which Task from the dropdown:

wipe fridge doors inside and out, clean seals

wash drip trays

wash drip trays

wash all bar mats

wash all measures and bar utensils

wash all glasses

wipe bottles in speed rail

clean speed rail

take off speed pourers and wash

clean bar top with soapy water

wipe back bar

wipe all under counter surfaces

clean out ice well

soak beer and soda nozzels and leave to dry

clean soda gun

clean sinks

wipe all tills, printers and pdqs

emtpy all bins and put into appropriate bin

drain and clean glasswash

sweep and mop floors

all open prosecco and champagne bottles are closed

all speed pourers covered

bring all fruits and open juices into the lab, cover and label, put into the appropriate fridge

stock fridges - FIFO and labes facing front

Stock up coffe stations (spoons etc)

Rinse mops and Mop buckets

rinse all cloth and hang to dry

give wastage and stock sheets to MOD

supervisor to check if the following areas are tidy (no excess cardboard in cellars, rubish in bins etc):

bin area

bar lab

tap room glass wash

beer palace glass wash

spirit cellar

softs cellar

BP main cellar

TR main cellar

minus 2 stoarage area

mopp cellars

clean all bar shelves

polish brass

renovate glassware

polish all copper with brasso

deep clean coffee area (under machine etc)
