Cleaning Cupboard Audit

Is the cupboard secure ?

Is there a key signing in / out procedure ?

Is the lighting adequate in the cupboard ?

Is there shelving / racking provided for storage of items ?

Are there COSHH Assessments and Material Safety Data Sheets available in the cupboard ?

Is the following either displayed on the walls or are they available in a file in the cupboard:-<br>Current Health and Safety policy<br>Current copy of insurance policy<br>Copy of colour coding <br>

Is the cupboard clean and tidy as best as can be for a working area? <br>If not please take a photo and provide recommendations

Is a sink located in the cupboard, if so is this clean with no build up or debris

Is there signs of over ordering of consumables and materials ?

Are there any items being stored above head height ?

Is there evidence of unapproved chemicals being used ?

Are any chemicals being stored incorrectly - no lids or containers not labelled ?

Is the electrical appliances all in PAT test date ?

Is the equipment in good working order ?

Is the equipment clean and free from dirt and debris ?

Have all mops been left upside down to air dry ?

Is there an attendance book onsite and is this being completed ?

Is there a communication book on site and is this being utilised correctly ?
