Isolate packing equipment to be cleaned

Remove any skid / product / material from the area if possible

Cover all exposed food materials and primary packaging materials with a clean plastic liner

Blow / Brush gross debris and slice and packaging equipment onto floor

Remove any remaining dust / debris with wiping cloth

Pick up any loose pieces of garbage on the floor and dispose of it

Sweep floors and dispose of them in suitable bin (pay special attention beneath equipment and around plant edges

Wipe fire extinguishers
