BOH Areas & Loading docks

  • Service corridors, fire corridors and stairwells are free of dust, dirt, litter and cobwebs and are maintained on a quarterly basis with degreasing as per periodical schedule

  • Loading docks are to be free of dust, dirt, litter and cobwebs and are being maintained on a quarterly basis with degreasing as per the periodical schedule. Lighting should be free of cobwebs and built up dust

Lifts

Car parks

  • Car park sweeper is in good working order and fit for purpose as agreed by the cleaning contractor and RetPro representative

  • Oil spills to be treated with a non-slip soaker and depressed if required

  • Annual deep clean of car park is monitored and maintained in accordance with the periodical schedule

OH&S

  • Cleaning storage and office areas are clean and organised

  • All OH&S, safety and code of conduct information is displayed

  • Chemicals correctly labelled and stored including MSDS

  • All equipment is correctly tagged

  • All equipment is clean and in good working order and fit for purpose. Equipment approved by the site Operations Manager
