Client Access to Sign

• Fowler Homes Pty Ltd takes Workplace Health and Safety seriously and requires all visitors to any site to do the same.<br> <br>Adhering to the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Regulations 2011 is of great importance to the builder and it will create a safer work place, free of injury and serious risk to all parties.<br> <br>The builder is required by legislation to ensure the safety of all persons entering the site who could be adversely affected by building activities.<br> <br>Therefore, we require that you or any associated party can only enter the site when accompanied by a representative of Fowler Homes (not a contractor) and must wear appropriate footwear.<br> <br>Whilst we acknowledge that this may be your future residence and recognise that you may like to view the progress and contents, this Policy has been put in place to protect your health and safety. Fowler Homes (“Principal Contractor”) will remain in control of the construction site until the site is handed back to the client. Only persons conducting work activities and who have discussed the WHS management plan are to enter the site.<br> <br>Per clause 11 of the Building Contract, Fowler Homes has exclusive possession of the building site and access to it. If you wish to enter the site we request that you give us reasonable prior notice of your intention to enter. You should not enter the site without our representative, we accept no responsibility or liability for any consequences, such as injury or damage that may occur to you or the property.<br> <br>If the contract is breached with respect to site access, Fowler Homes will implement the following:<br> <br>1. Suspension of all work on site immediately<br>2. Conduct an internal site safety audit<br>3. An extension of time will be claimed for time of audit and developing report<br>4. Administration costs may be incurred.<br>​<br>
