Closing Checklist

  • Restock the fridge

  • Restock the ice in the bar freezer

  • Wrap fruit pots in cling film and put in the fridge

  • Reset all tables

  • Wipe tables, benches and chairs

  • Top up tiramisu, add the expiry date and stock in the fridge (FIFO)

  • Clean the coffee machine

  • Empty the coffee leftovers bucket

  • Tidy up the till area

  • Sweep the front and mop

  • Wipe down bar surface and sink

  • Wipe down bathroom sink (inside and outside) counter and toilet

  • Mop bathroom, bar and front kitchen

  • Change bins

  • Throw away dirty blue cloths and put used clothes in the dirty cloths container in the back

  • Refill toilet paper and hand towels

  • Lock back door and close back window

  • Salt and clean dishwasher

  • Cash up

  • Mop the rest of the restaurant and leave the mop and bucket behind the counter

  • Bring the benches inside

  • Turn off aircon
