  • Stock drive-thru/back counter

  • Stock coffees/cups

  • Stock kids meal bags

  • Take all trash to back

  • Re-stock ice and cups for back counter

  • Fill ice cream AND shake base AND lemonade

  • Sweep playland

9:00 (to be don't after closing and not before)

  • Chutes

  • Nozzles

  • Refrigerate iced coffee base, chilled creamer, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, peaches, and strawberries

  • Wrap food film around flavored syrups

  • Clean drive-thru drink area, to include wiping down sweetener station

  • Wipe trays/tables

  • Re-sweep dining room (make sure it is crumb free under all tables and booths and in cracks behind booths)

  • Trash

  • Empty and wash tea and ice coffee urns

  • Clean ice cream on appropriate days ( Wednesday and Saturday)

  • Clean sweetener area ( discard sweetener on Saturday and was containers)

  • Clean chilled creamer dispenser (wash every night/ discard creamer Wednesday and Saturday)

  • Wipe down all counters

  • Scrub floors and entryways

  • Mop under all tables and booths

  • Scrub bathroom floors

  • Make sure walkie talkies are off

  • Re-check bathrooms

  • Sweet back counter

  • Scrub back counter

  • Make sure refrigeration on lemonade is on

Manager duties

  • Make sure all registers are counted

  • Count safe

  • Double check building is secure( everything is locked)
