Key Person Checks

  • Have there been changes to Club Key Persons recently? Key Persons include Club Manager, General Manager, CEO, Club President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Executive Committee, Net Proceeds Committee.

  • Have all Key Persons been notified to DIA by completing a Class 4 Operator's licence - Key Person Amendment/Notification (GC2) form?
