Method Steps

1. Starts assignment on the Voice system without undue delay and speaks clearly to reduce repetition of commands

2. Travel to pallet area to obtain pallet using most direct path

3. Travel to aisle using the most direct path

4. Parks within 2 steps of pick slot minimizing steps to pick slot

5. Operator reads voice check digit to confirm the correct pick location during dismount and walking to pick slot

6. Operator selects and confirms correct amount of cases in smooth and continuous motion

7. Operator places cases on pallet without multiple touches or movements

8. Confirms LPN in pick bay if more then two pallets present

9. Selects all cases within two bays without moving equipment

10. Walks jack to next slot, if traveling less than 4 bays, rides if traveling more

11. Once assignment is complete proceeds to staging area to finalize pallet in most direct route

12. Places pallet in staging area and dismounts equipment proceeding to placard printer

13. Obtains placard. Wraps pallet with 6 wraps and no more than 9, in a tight pattern from bottom to top

14. Places both placard and LPN label on top right corner of completed pallet

15. Deposits pallet in the correct stage lane and proceeds to next assignment in an efficient manner
