Part 2

Outstanding Issues

  • Principal Contractor must agree to resolve all items listed below within the timescales detailed. Failure to comply will lead to all work on site to cease.

  • Priority A - Urgent. Action Immediately
    Priority B - Action within 24 hours
    Priority C - Action within 48 hours
    Priority D - Action within 10 days

  • Guidance:

    This document should be completed for all Heathrow Retail Concessions Projects as evidence that the site set up is complete before any site commences.

    If the principle contractors fail to all outstanding items within the agreed timescales the site will be closed until all items are completed.

    The hard copy form is intended to be a live document that should be available for inspection at any time
