Contractor Details

  • All contractors engaged to perform work on the organisation’s premises or locations are required, as part of their contract, to comply with the health, safety and environment policies, procedures and arrangements of the organisation and to observe directions on health and safety from designated officers of the organisation. Failure to comply or observe a direction will be considered a breach of the contract and may be sufficient grounds for termination of the contract.

    Report any injuries and incidents to the Building Services Manager or MCA Security and complete the appropriate incident Report Form as soon as possible after the event. Ensure that the correct use is made of all equipment provided for health and safety purposes.
