1.0 - Responsibilities

  • 1.1 structure of contract

  • 1.2 who they are responsible to on the site & take instructions from

  • 4.3 Competent and trained staff only to use work equipment.

  • 4.4 personal protective equipment (who supplies, and know areas that require PPE).

  • 4.5 permit to work and other safe systems of work (requirement for, and site conditions).

  • 4.6 Hazardous Operations / Areas (known for hazards or special conditions).

  • 4.7 Smoking arrangements (no smoking site, designated smoking areas).
