Are all employees listed at the security check point?

Do all employees have current Seaspan orientation? Orientations must be conducted within the calendar year.

Are all employees using PPE as per VDC policy?

Are there records of daily inspections of the mobile equipment?

Did all workers participate in the daily safety meeting?

Are SWP being followed?

Are SDS sheets close at hand?

Has the work area been planned and set with proper housekeeping, no tripping hazards?

Do workers know how to summon first aid?

If a spill occurred do workers know what to do?

Do workers know where the muster point is located?

Are SWPs being followed?

Are the controls in the daily toolbox in place?

Look at daily safety meeting minutes. Are the controls listed in use?

Is this supervisor performing worker checks during the work period?
