Core boats are free from damage and operating correctly

Ensure blade to be used is adequate for rock type being cut

Check blade for missing or damaged teeth (blade segments)

Check for uneven wear across blade

Check for any visible damage or extensive wear

Ensure blade mounted correctly and securely

Does core saw blade have an deficiencies? (i,e chips, cracks, missing teeth, correct direction, secured to saw)

Is the blade guard appropriately mounted?

Is the tray clean and clear of debris? Does is slide easily along mount?

Can the core saw be turned on/off easily at switch and is there any visible wear/tear on electrical components?

Does the water pump work?

Do the sump bins drain appropriately without any blockage or excessive leaking?
