    Any reoccurrence of the same offence within 3 months will result in the next notice as per the following:
    1st Notice = Verbal Warning
    2nd Notice = 1st Written Warning & 1-day stand down without pay
    3rd Notice = 2nd Written Warning & 1 week stand down without pay
    4th Notice = Instant Dismissal

    NOTE: if a serious misconduct, instant dismissal may be given without any prior notices.
