  • 2. Are there any bottles where the rubber stoppers have fallen in to the bottom?

  • 3. Are there any missing condiments i.e. pepper grinder, vinegar etc.?

  • 4. Is there sediment in the bottom of the olive oil?

  • 5. Is the cutlery clean and dry?

  • 6. Is there any missing cutlery or missing pots?

  • 7. Are the plates clean and dry?

  • 8. Is the napkin box full?

  • 9. Is there enough bottles? Are the correct bottles being used? Are they full enough?

  • 10. Is the correct signage on the machines? Are the machines clean and tidy?

  • 11. Is the layout clear, clean and tidy? Is it free of clutter?

General

  • 1. Are there any light bulbs not working or missing?

  • 2. Are the correct posters and collateral up in restaurant? Are posters in frames?

  • 3. Are the walls near tables and condiment areas clean, free of sauce etc.?

  • 4. Is the staff table visible to customers? Is it tidy and free of clutter?

  • 5. Are the merchandise displays sharp and complete i.e. sauces, wine, beer etc.?

  • 6. Is the music level appropriate for the time of day and number of customers in restaurant?

  • 7. Are the staff in correct uniform, looking well presented?

Toilets

  • 1. Do the locks work?

  • 2. Are the toilets clean and smell fresh?

  • 3. Are there any light bulbs not working or missing?

  • 4. Is the toilet roll holder attached to the wall?

  • 5. Is the soap dispenser attached to the wall?

  • 6. Are the taps working and not wobbly?
