Physical Check

  • Check Datacenter temperature (19 degrees Celsius)

  • Check Opera interface server and interfaces.

  • Check servers event log and report any issue to DoIT.

  • Check HP ProLiant integrated management log viewer and report any issue to DoIT.

Guest Technology

  • Check WLAN Controller and report any failed AP on the Log and make sure that all AP's status are up.

  • Check IMC and take necessary actions.

  • Check IPTV Status and report any disconnected room, update the log for the rooms and take corrective action. Checked PMIO Interface status from IPTV PC.

  • Check digital Signage server status.

  • Login to HSMX and check the status and health record.

System Security

  • Check the Rouge and outdated PCs on the ePO and rectify the status make sure to update the daily log sheet.

  • Check WSUS Status for any computer not reported for the last 3 days and take corrective action. Make sure all PCs are reporting correctly.

  • Check DHCP server and make sure all the lease are justified.

Operation

  • SGR - Check the event details report and make sure all the defects related to IT corrected and closed.

  • Check Guest Voice comments, ratings and log IT issues with rating below 7 and discuss with DoIT.

  • SD tickets - morning check all SD tickets and make sure that all tickets are closed in timely manner.
