Check WSUS Status for any computer not reported for the last 3 days and take corrective action. Make sure all PCs are reporting correctly.

SGR - Check the event details report and make sure all the defects related to IT corrected and closed.

Check Guest Voice comments, ratings and log IT issues with rating below 7 and discuss with DoIT.

SD tickets - morning check all SD tickets and make sure that all tickets are closed in timely manner.
