  • Hot water temperature of all hand washing sink reach 100 degrees within 60 seconds

  • Are team members washing hands at “Top of Hour”?

  • Are we changing bowls and utensils out every two hours?

  • Are team members washing hands in between tasks?

  • All team members are wearing clean gloves when directly handling food

Health Code Walk
