1.4 Background Music - Playing normally at comfortable level of volume?

1.5 Wall and Floor Surfaces - Cracks, scratches or other physical damages?

1.6 Shopfront and Vitrines - Are the shopfront lights, display merchandize and windows in normal condition and clean?

1.7 Digital and Fixed Contents Signages - Are all e-standees, directories, wayfindings and other digital or fixed signages in good working conditions?
