1.1 General Cleanliness FOH - Overall cleanliness of the guest areas
1.2 Lightings - are ambient lightings well maintained and comfortable?
1.3 Air Conditioning - Are the ambient temperature comfortable? Is the air conditioning working normally, without noise and smell?
1.4 Background Music - Playing normally at comfortable level of volume?
1.5 Wall and Floor Surfaces - Cracks, scratches or other physical damages?
1.6 Shopfront and Vitrines - Are the shopfront lights, display merchandize and windows in normal condition and clean?
1.7 Digital and Fixed Contents Signages - Are all e-standees, directories, wayfindings and other digital or fixed signages in good working conditions?
1.8 Guest Washrooms - Are the washrooms clean and tidy? Are the facilities well maintained?
1.9 Escalators - Are all escalators working normally without any noise or other sign of malfunction? Are the treads and combs clean?
1.10 Doors and Entrances - Are all HOH doors and guest entrance doors in normal working condition?
