GENERAL

  • Drill shack - Are all components (roof/walls/cladding)<br>adequately secured and clear of exhaust?

  • Hydraulic Lines - Are there secondary sleeves on all high pressure hydraulic lines? Hoses in good condition?

  • Labels/Gauges/Warning Signs - Clean, legible and indicates<br>control operation?

  • Rod Storage - Are all rods stored safely in a fit for purpose<br>rack, sloop or other secure storage method?

  • Hose Condition - Are all hydraulic and water hoses in good<br>condition with no visible leaks, damage or wire braiding<br>visible?

  • Sufficient lighting in the interior and exterior?

  • Is a flow meter installed to the drill rig or connected pump?

CORE HANDLING

  • Is the core free of polymer and grease?

  • Is there core spilled from the tube or pieces of core on the floor?

  • Is core being laced in the corebox in the proper order, with marking blocks and legible writing?

HOUSEKEEPING

  • Drilling Site Organization - Tidy, clear walkways, organized?

  • Garbage Disposal - Is the site free from litter; garbage<br>and waste disposed of correctly? No cigarette butts?

  • Slips, Trips and Falls - Floor is clean, steps and platforms are stable, electrical and water lines are out of the way?

ENVIRONMENTAL

  • Hydrocarbon Management - Are all oils, fuels and chemicals<br>stored correctly (secondary containment); safety signage in<br>place; spill kits available?

  • Used hydrocarbons materials (i.e. used oil, absorbent matting, etc.) contained?

  • Sumps and Cuttings - good containment and not flowing from the pad?

  • Are there any spills or leaks?

  • Are diesel diapers installed on filling point an drip trays in use?

  • Are drip trays under vehicles (trucks, machinery, snowmobiles)?
