Dress Checklist

  • Refill empty bowls, change over any other bowls to clean, fresh ones.

  • Spray the bowl holders thoroughly, clean inside dress bench and then remove bowl holders

  • Wrap up all bowl at close (including herbs and nuts) and place back in clean dress bench

  • Clean plastic slides with blue spray and paper towel, and place on dress bench

  • Remove chopping board and guard, clean thoroughly. Also clean underneath chopping board and edges of dress bench.

  • Clean out bottom of dress fridge, place all herbs, chip dips and sauce bottles inside, wipe out fridge seals.

  • Wipe over fronts of doors and vent, all surfaces should be streak free and silver

  • Clean wrap bench, ensure bench us free from crumbs and wrap screen has been wiped over with blue spray and paper towel

  • Wipe shelves of wrap station, ensuring no crumbs and everything is neat and tidy.
