Opening

  • Open all Concierge Floats of the day, review Brandspace or Marketing events for the day. <br><br>- Contact Security Supervisor to determine if there were any issues overnight.<br>- Contact Car Park Supervisor to determine if there were any issues overnight.<br>- Contact Facilities Team Member to determine if there were any issues overnight.<br>- Contact Cleaning Supervisor to determine if there were any issues overnight and arrange morning inspection time.

Morning Cleaning Inspection

  • The morning walk should be conducted with the Cleaning Supervisor and should address the following:<br><br>- Walk the the General Mall looking at furniture pods, flooring, mall bins and rubbish on the floor.<br>- Rest Room & Parent Rooms<br>- Food Court<br>- ELP <br>- Car Park Area & Garden Beds<br><br>Please add any key notes along with images for clarification.

Facilities Issues or works required:

  • List any works that are noted during the day that require facilities team to adress or arrange a contractor to repair;<br><br>- Lights Out<br>- Leaks<br>- Restroom Issues<br>- General Items that are noticed and require repair or addressing

Retailer & Brandspace Standards

  • These include key items of presentation as below:<br><br>- Display items or signage outside of the Lease Line<br>- Handwritten signs <br>- General cleanliness and shopfront glass<br>- Damaged parts of kiosk of shopfront<br>- Lights or signage not illuminated<br>- Signs exterior to premises (in most cases) such as A Frames, silver stands<br>- Signs or display items that block site lines into other retailers <br>- Advertising of third party product signs (for example Coca Cola)<br>- Signs advertising end of lease or closing down <br>- Signs stuck on exterior of bulkhead, glass or shopfront<br>- Flags, balloons or promotional materials<br>- Inapropriate advertising or materials on display<br>- Brandspace posters stuck to the outside of POS Units<br>

Marketing, Brandspace & Pedestrian Traffic Observation

  • Review the Run Sheet for Brandspace and Marketing events:<br><br>- Provide a general traffic observation during the morning & in the food court at lunch time.<br>- Any ad hoc commenstfrom retailer conversations during the day

Risk & Security Issues

  • Provide information on Security & Risk issues that presented during the day:<br><br>- Slips, Trips and Falls;<br>- Code Grey or Code Blues;<br>- Fitout Issues;<br>- General OH&S Observations.

  • Insert email report from Car Park Team:<br><br>- Cut & Paste email from Car Park Supervisor on Traffic Numbers and key issues in the Car Park

  • Takings for Gift Card & Ticketek<br>nput any key items of lost property

Car Park Report
