Abrasive Wheel/Grinder Equipment

  • Are welding gases secured (welding cart or other means to keep them upright)?

  • Is ventilation in place to evacuate fume?

Overhead Cranes/Hoists

  • Are overhead cranes or hoist used in the area?

  • Have the cranes been inspected periodically & documented?

  • Is the load rating visible for the crane, hoist & rigging?

  • Are controls marked to indicate direction of travel or motion?

Confined Spaces
