Daily

  • Review Gensuite Compliance Calendar. Complete assigned tasks and look ahead for any prep work for tasks that occur later in the week or month.

  • Perform Safety Walk/GEMBA of area

  • Collect Safety Observations, Engagements, Risk Prediction Forms. Audit for detail, accuracy, tracking, and follow-up if necessary.

  • Injury Follow-ups/Corrective Action Follow-ups/Verifications

  • Admin Time (Gensuite Data Entry, File Folders, Records Reviews, etc.)

Weekly

  • Attend Safety First Meeting

  • Attend passdown (Tier I Meeting) (rotate through different departmental Tier I if necessary)

  • Off-Shift Safety Check (one/day per week come in early or stay late for non-traditional shift visibility). Work with your Plant Mgr. to determine the most appropriate time frame.

  • Meet with Plant Mgr. to (a) Review findings from Standard Work and (b) cover safety trends, high risk near miss events, observation trends, etc.

  • Update any Site Safety Metrics on Metrics Trackers

  • Conduct New Hire EHS Orientation (if needed)

Monthly

  • Reviews FSOs and enter summary in Gensuite - and initiate required corrective actions

  • Attend Corporate EHS Meetings

  • Inspect Waste Storage Areas

  • Complete Air Emission Calculation Report

  • Change Out Daily Powered Industrial Truck Checklists

Quarterly

  • Complete Stormwater Inspection
