Ladder set up, eyebolts and roof working. Our highest priority is that everyone is working safely at all times. If in doubt you must escalate to TM.

  • Were there any jobs that required a non standard ladder, eyebolt or roof ladder set up? ie high level eyebolt as there was a window at normal level. Add pictures of set up.

  • Was the issue discussed team manager or TM cover.

Quality of Work. We want to provide the best possible service in the country for all our customers.

  • Have you check IKnow2 today for any updates on TV Status page?

  • Were all screw on F connectors replaced with compression F's. If NO please detail reason why and was TM informed.

  • Were all HDMI and power cables replaced where required? If NO please add details.

  • Were all dishes, lnb's and cables replaced where necessary. If NO add details.

  • Was a Data Logger carried out and uploaded on every job. If NO add details why not carried out.

  • Were there any jobs you feel may result in a Revisit i.e. Customer has no active Broadband. If YES add details.

  • Did you ask all customers if they were interested in upgrading package or Sky Go Extra. Add details of any issues that you feel may have stopped a customer being interested in upgrading.

  • Were all customers left a NPS card and was the account holder made aware that survey only relates to your visit?

Stock Management. You are responsible for your own stock management. ALL stock must be receipted on the day of delivery. UTL- 08447252227 option 1.

  • Did you collect and receipt all stock on delivery to lock box. If NO add details on reason why.

  • Was stock delivered correct and totals exactly what you ordered.

  • If not correct did you contact UTL to inform them that stock was missing from order requested.

  • You can scan details of STB's used today into this section. You will then be able have a daily record of boxes used.

  • Signature.
