• Is the work cell clean and tidy? Are there gloves or beads around the work area? Are there any trip hazards?

SILO'S 1-9

• Is the vacuum stored in its proper location? Are there obstructions underneath the silo area? Is there loose bead under the silo area?

INDOOR MOULD STORAGE

• Are there any trip or slip hazards? Are the tools and check fixtures stored neatly with numbers on the outside for easy identification?

MAINTENANCE SHOP

• Does the equipment have a proper home? Are items properly stored in the flammable cabinet?

CANOPY

• Is the cardboard neatly stacked outside? No cardboard on the ground?

OUTSIDE MOULD STORAGE

• Are the tools stored neatly on shelves and not on the ground?

• Are totes stacked neatly and in an organized manner? Is there foam loose and out of place?

• Is there loose material beads on the ground outside? Are material hoses and cuffs stored in their proper location?
