Evening Manager Walkthrough

  • Check the entire facility for burnt out light bulbs and have them replaced during your shift

  • Did your Attendants leave EVERY locker open, check each locker, focus on locker tops to be sure they are clean and free of items left behind. Please leave doors open overnight to allow air to circulate

  • Please make sure that the jacuzzi light is turned when last guest leaves

  • Be sure all hair care products are at least 50% full and the labels are readable and not rubbed off. Please check nozzle for product buildup

  • Please double check that all hair curlers and straighteners are turned off before you leave.

  • The bottles in the showers and hair washing sink have labels that are not faded all the pumps match. All labels are the same height?

  • Check to be sure all TAM products from the creative Service book are up to standard, have the Attendant replace whatever isn’t up to standard. If the item isn’t in storage email Sam and cc ALL MANAGERS, include the item number, how many you need, item description and where the item lives

  • Did everyone on your shift turn in their walkie talkie?

  • How many walkie talkies are charging in Admin?

  • Did you balance the schedule for the next day. (Complete schedule adjustments/call techs in later & balancing for the next am)

  • Did you or your FD team attempt to contact any open invoices and add appropriate notes? (If answer is no please explain why)

  • Is the fireplace off?

  • Are all the solarium doors locked?

  • Did everyone clock out for the day who was scheduled to be off before you? (please send a request and enter the names of employees)

  • Did you remind distribution to clean out the fridge, freezer and empty the ice plunge
