  • All relevant information regarding imposed loadings (including wind and dynamic loads) has been made known to The Client. The ride(s) are safe for normal use.

  • A competent person shall remain on site to carry out any maintenance work or to manage the ride(s) in the event of severe weather, and any action to be taken in the event of high wind or severe weather has been made known to The Client.

  • Any accident or incident involving any member of the public on the ride (however caused) shall be made known to The Client, as will any breakage or repair.

  • I hereby certify that all cabins, toilets and showers have been installed in accordance with the designer/manufacturer’s instructions, with particular attention given to access, egress and the safety of all users, including the general public. The structure(s) have been visually inspected throughout and conform with best industry practise standards. I also certify that they have been completed in full accordance with the terms of agreement between The Client and The Contractor

  • Adequate arrangements have been made to avoid spillage, overflow or other contamination of the environment. <br>Specific inspections have been made of:<br>• Positioning according to The Client requirement,<br>• General conditions and stability.

  • Any changes in condition or any other issues which may affect the effective use of the installation will be immediately brought to the attention of The Client.

  • The cabins, toilets and/or showers are safe for normal use.

  • I hereby certify that the above lighting installations have been completed safely and are compliant with BS7909:2011 and the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations and been completed in full accordance with the terms of agreement between The Client and The Contractor

  • The catenary lighting has been installed in accordance with the designer/manufacturer’s instructions and have been designed and built to accommodate the proposed loads associated with lighting and other set loadings.

  • Rigging / loadings for suspended equipment have been verified as being within the safe working load for each respective structure.

  • The contractor must immediately advise The Client of any changes in condition, or other issues which may affect the integrity of the installation.

  • I hereby certify that all electrical installations are installed, tested and maintained in accordance with BS7909:2011 and BS7671:2018 with particular attention to general public safety and have been completed in full accordance with the terms of agreement between The Client and The Contractor

  • The results of all tests and checks are available for examination on site.

  • Suitable circuit protection, earth leakage and equipotential bonding have been installed.

  • A daily inspection will be carried out to ensure that all equipment remains in a safe and satisfactory condition. The contractor must immediately advise Festival Republic of any changes in the maintenance, and / or any other issues which may affect the integrity of the installation

  • I hereby certify that the barrier has been installed in accordance with the designer/manufacturer’s instructions and the installation has been completed in full accordance with the terms of agreement between The Client and The Contractor

  • The barrier has been visually inspected throughout and conforms with the guidance given in the Institution of Structural Engineers’ Temporary Demountable Structures (Fourth Edition 2017).

  • The barrier is safe for normal use.

  • I hereby certify that the temporary hoarding has been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The fencing has been visually inspected throughout and conforms with the guidance given in the Institution of Structural Engineers’ Temporary Demountable Structures (Fourth Edition 2017). I also certify that they have been completed in full accordance with the terms of agreement between The Client and The Contractor

  • Reasonable professional skill and care has been used in the preparation of the design and erection of the fencing, notably with regard to wind bracing, ground pinning and the safe operation of gates. Daily inspection will be carried out to ensure that the hoarding remains in a safe and satisfactory condition.

  • A competent person shall remain on site to carry out any maintenance work or to manage the hoarding in the event of severe weather

  • Action to be taken in the event of high wind or severe weather has been made known to The Client.

  • I hereby certify that all temporary water distributions have been installed in accordance with the Water Safety Plan submitted prior to the event and been completed in full accordance with the terms of agreement between The Client and The Contractor.

  • I confirm that the distribution system has been installed in accordance with the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000 and the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.

  • The installation has been visually inspected throughout and conforms with the guidance given in BS8551:2015 Provision and management of temporary water supplies and distribution network. All water points are safe for use.

  • The contractor shall immediately advise The Client of any changes in condition, and/or any other issues which may affect the integrity of the water installation.

  • I hereby certify that the trackway has been installed in accordance with the designer/manufacturer’s instructions and have been designed and built to accommodate the proposed loads. I also certify that the trackway has been completed in full accordance with the terms of the agreement between The Client and The Contractor.

  • The trackway has been visually inspected throughout and conforms with the guidance given in the Institution of Structural Engineers’ Temporary Demountable Structures (Fourth Edition 2017). Daily inspection will be carried out to ensure that all equipment remains in a safe and satisfactory condition.

  • All relevant information regarding imposed loadings (including adverse weather conditions and dynamic loads) has been made known to The Client. The structure(s) are safe for normal use.

  • A competent person shall remain on site to carry out any maintenance work or to manage the trackway in the event of severe weather

  • Action to be taken in the event of high wind or severe weather has been made known to The Client.

  • I hereby certify that the structures have been installed in accordance with the designer/manufacturer’s instructions. The structures have been visually inspected throughout and conform with the guidance given in the Institution of Structural Engineers’ Temporary Demountable Structures (Fourth Edition 2017).

Daily inspection will be carried out to ensure that all equipment remains in a safe and satisfactory condition.
