  • Storage areas neat and orderly<br>

  • Ladders stores properly when not in use, and free of defects<br>

  • All doors function and lock properly<br>

  • Are ceiling tiles intact, undamaged and in place?

  • Do air conditioning vents and ducts appear to be clean upon visual inspection?

  • Are outside lights in good working order?

  • Does the exterior of the building present no safety concern?

  • Is the parking lot area free of any safety concerns? ( overgrown landscaping, uneven payment, traffic hazards)

Fire Control and Prevention

  • Fire door closed and free obstruction

  • Are emergency ( evacuations, fire, bomb threat, hostile person) procedures in place?

  • "Exit" and "No Exit" porperly marked

  • Fire response instruction posted

  • No smoking areas designated and signs posted

  • Fire Extinguisher in good condition at proper height, visible, accessible, securely mounted, marked and tagged

  • Flammables in approved container and stored properly

  • Bus parking area is designed to load and unload passengers safely

HEALTH AND SANITATION

  • Food areas cleaned and maintained

  • Restroom area cleaned and equipped

  • Ventilation good ( Includes special venting as needed)

  • restrooms have hot and cold running water

Security

  • Security Cameras are working

Electrical
