For ordered operator: is the picking number the title of the audit?

Stock operator: is the operator's serial number the title of the audit?

Does the part type match the order?

Is the operator clean, no oil, dirt or debris?

Was the picking list paperwork signed off?

Is the operator's assembly check list complete, initialed and dated?

FSL are the two set screws hand tight on the sprocket?

FSL is the inside edge of the sprocket teeth 3/4 inch from the back of the frame?

Are the fasteners tightened?

FSW does the operator work as a wireless master correctly?<br>

FSW does the operator work as a wired master correctly?

Are all the DIP switches turned off?

Is the battery LED blinking, when running only on batteries?

Does the operator cycle correctly on batteries?

Do the batteries have a no load voltage 25 volts or higher.

Have the wire terminations on the faceplate passed the tug test, are they routed correctly, are the clearances correct, are the wires secured correctly?

Does the GC3100 have a serial number sticker?

FSL do the limit switch cams engage the switch levers at the bend of the lever?

Is the operator serial number label on the bottom front fight hand corner of the frame?

FSW are the limit switches and cams both facing forward?

FSL are the limit switch cam 1 3/4" inches apart?

Is the operator secured to the pallet with the correct number of fasteners (FSL 2, FSW 4)?

Are the bolt and washer ready to secure the cover (FSL 2), (FSW 4)

Does the operators cover have the bar coded serial number label?

FSL Does the accessory box contain the manual and two warning placards, chain, two master links, two tensioner bolts ( 2 nuts and 2 washers) and two brackets?

FSW is the manual and two placards in the plastic bag under the operator, on top of the pallet?

FSW is the swing arm cover and hand knob ready to be installed?

FSW is the swing arm assembly ready to be placed on top of the shipping box?

Does the operator's box have both serialized barcodes labels for the operator and the GC3100 match what is on the unit?

Was anything else ordered that needs to be packaged?

Is the overall fit and finish up to FAAC Quality?
