Foreman Training

Every home is provided with a site specific Roof Railing Plan indicating the total number of components needed for the project and the installation location of each component.

The on-site foreman is responsible for installing fall protection at stairwells and volume ceilings. Installers must sign off on the "Nets" section of the "Roof Railing Plan" sign-in sheet.

Safety nets and or properly built platforms must be used to protect stair wells and or volume ceilings. A properly built platform must be supported by a ledger with joists at 24" on center.

Foreman must verify that the Roof Railing Plan is adhered to. Foreman must also collect signature of all employees working on the home on the Roof Railing Plan.
