Before Starting be sure to LOCK Machine OUT Power & Air
FINAL ASSEMBLY:

Lockout Machine.
-
Check main panel disconnect switch is in working order & able to lock out.
-
Check pneumatic lock out is in working order.
-
Check function of emergency stop and operator safety devices.<br>

Check operators controls and indicators HMI
-
Ensure that all safety guards are in place & in working order.
-
Inspect all Axis & Slides for Play. Check Links, Bearings and Bolts.
-
Verify function of light curtains.<br>
-
Grease bearings & sliders if applicable
-
Inspect all pneumatic system, valves, air cylinders, connections, fittings, check for air leaks.
-
Check mechanism, bolts and screws. Make sure they are not loose or missing.

Inspect all pressure gauges for functionality
-
Ensure machine is clean
-
Check all proximity and cylinder position switches for visible damage and secure mounting.
-
Check wires for secure mounting and tighten all connectors.
-
Check flexible conduits and fittings, and other wiring for damage and looseness.
-
Inspect central lubrication system. Top up if necessary.
