• VP Cabin & Meeting Rooms Maintenance:

  • Ensure VP/MR cabin signage is correctly placed and cleaned.

  • Ensure glass door is clean, and door is opening smoothly.

  • Carpet should be spot-free and clean.

  • Verify that all power outlets, height-adjustable tables (with a standard range of 85 cm), and Cisco equipment are functional.

  • Check for any lighting issues (e.g., fused bulbs) and resolve them.

  • Verify that the LMS and VAV systems are operational, and that the temperature is maintained within the standard range of 23°C (+/-).

  • Ensure boards are cleaned daily. For VP cabins, ensure information written on boards is not erased.

  • Ensure 4 types of markers (Red, Blue, Green, Black) are available for the board in the room.

  • Cabinets should be clean, dust-free, and undisturbed.

  • Ensure dustbin is emptied, clean, and no foul smells in the room.

  • Check the setup for the day, especially if any events are scheduled on the floor. Align the setup with FOD functions as needed.

Washrooms Inspection

  • All gender accessible sensor door is functional.

  • Ensure cleanliness of the washroom and no visible signs of water leakage or seepage in walls, ceilings, or floors.

  • All lights, including emergency lights, should be operational.

  • Ensure washbasins are free of stains and debris, taps are smudge-free, and mirrors are clean.

  • Ensure soap dispensers are operational, and faucets are functional with no drips.

  • Water pressure in taps should be adequate.

  • Ensure hand dryers, tissue dispensers, and sanitary dispensers are operational and stocked.

  • Washroom maintained with adequate consumables (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.).

  • Dustbins available in all WCs and restrooms.

  • Ensure smoke detectors, sprinkler, and aroma diffuser are operational.
