• Lobby/Ground Floor Maintenance Checklist:

Confirm all TV screens are in working condition. (BBC should be running continuously (if specified)).

Check the working condition of the main entrance door.

Ensure all glass windows and the façade are clean.

Verify the functionality of all blinds (open/close as needed).

Ensure the entire lobby and reception area are clean and tidy.

Check the availability and condition of umbrellas and stands.

Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary amenities (e.g., tea, coffee) and verify that all appliances in the pantry are in working condition.
