GROUND FLOOR CHECKLIST (WPE)

• Gym Maintenance:

  • Attendance for cult staff has been checked

  • Ensure all gym equipment is operational.

  • Verify that all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use.

  • Check for cleanliness, stocked supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels, etc.), and proper waste disposal.

  • Shower area and Shower pressure to be checked - check for hot and cold water

  • Ensure all areas in the pantry are tidy and organized.

  • Availability of detox water

  • Ensure signs are in place when floors are wet to prevent accidents.

  • Check that all blinds in the gym and studio are functioning properly.

  • Ensure all audiovisual equipment (screens, projectors) is functioning with updated content.

  • Verify that the music system is playing the agreed playlist at the correct volume.

  • Verify the total number of colleagues present in the gym.

  • Ensure all lights are functioning and switches/plugs are operational and safe.

  • Verify the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system is working properly and maintaining a comfortable environment.

  • Ensure an hourly gym report is maintained, detailing the above checks, issues, or any maintenance required.

  • Ensure cult reliver data is updated in the report, if any.

• Lobby/Ground Floor Maintenance Checklist:

  • Verify placement and cleanliness of furniture.

  • Ensure newspapers and magazines are neatly arranged and current.

  • Confirm all TV screens are in working condition. (BBC should be running continuously (if specified)).

  • Check the working condition of the main entrance door.

  • Ensure all glass windows and the façade are clean.

  • Verify the functionality of all blinds (open/close as needed).

  • Ensure the entire lobby and reception area are clean and tidy.

  • Check the availability and condition of umbrellas and stands.

  • Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary amenities (e.g., tea, coffee) and verify that all appliances in the pantry are in working condition.

  • Confirm the HVAC system is working properly (check temperature control, air circulation, and any issues with heating or cooling).

  • Ensure the washroom is maintained with proper hygiene standard and adequate consumables (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.).

Experience Centre:

  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the area and Furniture placement is maintained.

  • Check for any lighting issues (e.g., fused bulbs) and resolve them.

  • Ensure the Experience center garden and external planters (pathway cab area) are in good condition; report if any attention is needed.

  • Ensure newspapers and magazines are neatly arranged and current.

  • Confirm all TV screens are in working condition. (BBC should be running continuously (if specified).

  • Verify that the music system is playing the agreed playlist at the correct volume.

  • Ensure Wave access is in working condition.

  • Confirm the HVAC system is working properly (check temperature control, air circulation, and any issues with heating or cooling).

  • Availability of drinking water and disposable cups.

• Visitor/Hiring Centre Maintenance:

  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the area and furniture placement is maintained.

  • Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary amenities (e.g., tea, coffee) and verify that all appliances in the pantry are in working condition.

  • Ensure newspapers and magazines are neatly arranged and current.

  • Ensure MR/Interview Room/New to Blue Hub signage is correctly placed and cleaned.

  • Verify the functionality of all blinds (open/close as needed).

  • Verify the temperature is at a standard range of 23°C (+/-).

  • Check for any lighting issues (e.g., fused bulbs) and resolve them.

  • Ensure the washroom is maintained with proper hygiene standard and adequate consumables (e.g., toilet paper, soap, etc.).

  • Ensure the availability of Umbrellas at Visitor center
