  • Assign someone to disassemble FC Dishes.

8pm-9pm (Pre-Closing)

  • Assign Closing Tasks to Team Members.

  • Assign someone to prep IceDream Water.

  • Close Soda Fountain #2.

@9pm (Closing)

  • Lock all doors & the DT window.

  • Clear all Mobile/Deferred Orders.

  • Count Tills/Safe.

  • Sort Receipts.

  • Ensure all Tills are settled.

  • Perform EOD Change Funds.

  • Drop Money.

  • Ensure all Devices are turned off, plugged in, and charging.

Daily Duties

  • Empty the left FC rack & ice bin.

  • Deep clean the Playground.

  • Deep clean & stock both restrooms.

  • Change the outside trashes.

  • Count & record food in the Main Fridge.

FRONT-COUNTER

  • Ensure the area has been cleaned.

BACK-OF-HOUSE

  • Dump out all remaining styrofoam employee cups.

MISC.

  • Straighten up the Manager Station.

  • Take down outside umbrellas.
