Checklist

In the BOH

  • Take a picture of the tea brewers in the BOH.

  • Have all of the employee cups been thrown away?

In the FOH

  • Take a picture of the Front Counter sauces and condiments, a picture of the Drive-thru sauces and condiments, and a picture of the DoorDash station's sauces and condiments.

  • Is the ice cream machine spotless?

  • Have the bottoms of the spindles been wiped down well?

  • Are the ice cream parts laid out NEATLY on two red trays, if Wednesday or Saturday?

  • Do all of the pumps have saran wrap?

  • Are all of the counters free of crumbs?

  • Take a picture of the primary chute and the secondary chute.

  • Have the fridges been cleaned and swept behind?

  • Take a picture of the floor behind the ice cream machine.

  • Have all of the dirty rags been taken back to dish?

  • Have all of the cleaning products been put away in the cabinet?

  • Are all of trashes COMPLETELY empty?

  • Has the wall to the left of the ice cream and the wall underneath the window been thoroughly wiped down?

  • Do all of the items in the overhead have at least 2 rows?

  • Do all of the boxes of sauces have at least 2 rows?

  • Are there at least 2 strawberry shooters?

  • Have the register screens been wiped down?

  • Did we make enough kid's bags for them to be completely full?

  • Are there at least 3 regular lemonades and 2 diet lemonades in the walk-in?

  • Check the iPOS area to see if all of the cups, iPads, menu boards, and iPad covers have been brought in.

  • Was the daily PM deep clean completed?

  • Describe what was cleaned for the "Free Cleaning Space."

In the Dining Room

  • Have the floors been swept well, including under the booths, in the walkways, and in the foyer?

  • Did the booths get moved?

  • Are the bathrooms spotless?

  • Are the trashes including the small ones in the women's room COMPLETELY empty?

  • Is the playground clean?

  • Take a picture of the inside of the helicopter.

Discipline (Shift Lead only)

  • Have all disciplinary infractions been documented and posted in Basecamp?

Sign Off

  • Check that the mop buckets are completely empty and that the mops are hanging from the hooks.

  • Check the middle aisle, dressings area, and catering area for any empty boxes or boxes that could be consolidated and throw them away.

  • Check that the ice machine is completely closed.

  • Check that the doors and Drive-thru window are locked.
