  • Personal Protective Equipment: Shall be worn as required. Includes but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, proper footwear

  • Properly Maintained Safety Equipment: Fully stocked, removable first aid kit, fire extinguisher and wheel chocks

  • Traffic Control Devices: Approved and placed in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations

  • Proper Fall Protection Procedures: All climbing practices must be in accordance with OSHA and ANSI Z-133 standards

  • Properly Barricaded Work Areas: Barricade material available and used in accordance with safety rules

  • Properly Maintain and Store Work Tools

  • Follow Proper Approach Distances
