  • Is the capacity plate attached & legible (information matches model, serial number and attachments)?

  • Is the battery securely held in place (battery restraint system)?

Operator Protection

  • Is the sit-down truck seat belt functioning correctly?

  • Overhead guards are attached?

  • Finger guards are attached?

Operational Inspection

  • Any issues with machine acceleration?

  • Any issues with the machine parking brake (functioning smoothly)?

  • Any issues with the machine service brake (functioning smoothly)?

  • Any issues with the machine steering (functioning smoothly)?

  • Any issues with the machine tilt control (forward and backwards functioning smoothly)?

  • Any issues with the machine hoist and lowering control (lift and lowering functioning smoothly)?

  • Any issues with any special attachments functionally correctly?

  • Any issues with the horn not operating correctly?

  • Any issues with lights and/or alarms not functioning correctly?

  • Any unusual noise or vibration?
