Don’t start on Closing Checklist until 8:00pm! Customers come first!

  • Wipe down and clean every register and bagging monitor.

  • Clean the windows and around the window in Drive-Thru. <br>

  • Wipe down all under-counter shelves and organize. (Where sauces, cups, and lids are)

  • Clean chutes

  • Clean hand sink and faucet.

  • Are Sauces, Ice, Cups, Lids, Shelves, and Freezer/Cooler Stocked?<br>

  • Are large Items/boxes Stocked (Sauces, Condiments, All Cups, All Lids.)

  • Are Floors Swept and Scrubbed (Pull out Low boy cooler, and IceDream Machine)?

  • Are all trays cleaned, lined, and placed in the the correct place?

  • Drain Coffee Pots. Clean with tablet and scrub thoroughly with blue brush. Take brush back to dishes for washing.

  • Are all salad kit bags full?

  • Clean both sides of the swinging door.

After Close (10:00 pm)

  • Bring Tea urns to the kitchen and drain

  • Break down IceDream Machine (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday)<br>Save ice cream, date label and place in walk in cooler. Only throw away on Saturday nights. <br>

  • Remove IceDream Toppings, and Refrigerate<br>Thoroughly Clean outside of machine (removing side topping panel)<br><br>

  • Was Shake Toppings gun removed from side of Icedream machine and washed and returned?

  • Break down lemonade machines<br>Thoroughly clean outside of machine, removing all remaining pulp and lemon residue<br>Turn all 3 switches OFF (both pump switches and the coolant switch)<br>

  • Save any lemonade and label with a date label (exception Saturdays and Discard).

  • ALL Surfaces are wiped down and free of crumbs or any residue.

  • Walk around to front, front Wood Paneling is Wiped Down and Clear of stains or residue.

  • Drink Towers are closed properly<br>Nozzles soaked in soda water for 15 min.<br>Push levers are wiped down<br>Screens and Trays are rinsed thoroughly

  • Soda nozzles scrubbed clean with brush<br>Then left overnight to air dry

  • ALL front counter dishes (once cleaned) are returned to front counter<br>Lemonade machine put back together<br>IceDream Parts are all present.

  • Take a picture to verify all ice dream parts were returned up front.

  • iPads taken to back office?

  • Lock Drive-Thru window.

  • Put headsets up and charge batteries, turn off the drive-thru monitor.

ON SATURDAY

  • Remove Shake Base from machine and turn power switch off<br>Wipe-Down inside of Machine once thawed

  • Empty Oreo Cookie crumbs from dispenser. Take back for dishes.

  • Put cookie dispenser back together.

  • Remove all items left in the prep cooler, discard and input as waste.
