  • Did you Clean computers & tablets screens?

  • Did you Top-Up Cold Kitchen paper goods ?

  • Did you Top-Up Paper bags (zig, uber & plastic)?

  • Did you top up take-away menus in the reception?

  • Did you fully fill up both drink fridges ?

  • Are we missing any Drinks in stock ?

AFTER CLOSING

  • Did you clean soda taps and cover them?

  • Did you replace Beer-drainage bucket?

  • Did you clean the beer tap and cover with a plastic bag?

  • Are all kegs more than 1/4 full <br>if not leave a note to order

  • Are ALL Surfaces are wiped down and free of crumbs or any residue?

  • Did you send Soda drip tray to WASH ?

  • Are all devices plugged in to the chargers?

  • Did you remove all used towels at FOH?

  • Did you remove all unecessary stock in FOH?

  • Did you get rid of all empty cardboard boxes at BOH ?

  • ALL front counter dishes (once cleaned) are returned to front counter

ON SUNDAY

  • CLEAN THE BEER SYSTEM (AUTHORISED PERSONAL ONLY)

  • KEEP CHEMICAL IN BEER SYSTEM OVERNIGHT
